1 of 1 Tap Battle — Effective date: July 2, 2026
By downloading or using the mobile application 1 of 1 Tap Battle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is a casual tapping game with local multiplayer (on one device), online multiplayer, and a global leaderboard. Online features require an internet connection and are provided "as is"; availability is not guaranteed.
You agree to choose a nickname that is not offensive, hateful, misleading, or infringing on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or change nicknames and leaderboard entries that violate this rule, and to restrict access for users who abuse the service, attempt to manipulate scores, or interfere with the App's infrastructure.
Using automation, bots, exploits, or any means other than manual tapping to achieve scores is prohibited. We may remove leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe were not achieved through normal play.
The App, including its design, graphics, and code, is owned by the developer. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment purposes on Apple-branded devices, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that online scores will always be preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App involves rapid repeated tapping and contains flashing visual effects. Take breaks during extended play. If you experience discomfort in your hands or wrists, or if you have a condition that may be affected by visual effects, stop playing.
We may suspend or terminate access to online features at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
